08/30/2016 - Bought a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $125K in Dayton, OH. Our experience with Wendy was perfect! She truly treated my husband and I like family, which was incredibly important to us, because at times, your realtor is going to act as your therapist. She was available whenever we needed her, whether it was a question or another listing we found that we just had to see. Being a young couple and first time homebuyers, we didn't have a whole lot of cash, and she never once treated us as less important just because we weren't looking at quarter of a million dollar houses. I have - and will continue - to recommend Wendy to everyone who is looking for a realtor, because she truly made this experience memorable and painless for us. We made a wonderful friend in Wendy, and we miss bugging her every day!
