Smart Start to Success Program is designed to teach you how to work real estate and maintain your business from the beginning of your career by helping you develop systems to begin to use from the start.
Smart Start to Success Program includes:
- Quick Start I
This class is designed to provide you with an orientation to the paperwork and contracts you will use with buyers and sellers. You will learn how to present and explain these documents to your clients and how to complete the paperwork for your transactions. From company specific forms to contracts, you will learn how to prepare, present, and explain these to clients.
- Quick Start II
This class is designed to focus on your orientation to the technology tools provided to you, by the company, to use in your business. From company staff, company partners, and prospecting to give you the beginning tools needed to launch your business. You will be working live on-line with the technology in setting up your profiles and setting you your settings.
Buyer Beginner Level
This class will give you step by step details in the process of working with buyers in the purchase of their home. The class will cover buyer dialogue, building rapport, the process from the first meeting, writing an offer, inspections, and closing.
- Listings Beginner Level
This class will give you the dialogue to use when speaking with potential sellers, how to give a listing presentation and provide you with one that you can customize. You will learn what to take with you on a listing appointment and how to land more listings.
- Foundations of Real Estate
- This class is designed to teach you how to work real estate. From setting goals to planning your week which will give you the structure you need to build a successful business. You will learn how to begin and maintain your book of business.
- This class is designed to help you convert customers to clients and how to overcome objections. From developing rapport with clients to gathering the information you need to provide the service that clients expect. Sometimes these customers will use objections to prevent using an agent until they know you have their goal as your own. By using detail obtaining questions, you can provide the results your clients want.

Learn how to use this amazing tool for creating electronic documents. Please bring your device to class; you will be using Dotloop during the class.
Learn the basics of how create a Competitive Market Analysis or a Highest Price Analysis on a property. Please bring your laptop or tablet and a property to use to create a CMA/HPA.
- Open House
Learn how to host an open house, how to talk with guests and what to do to prepare for an open house.
- FSBO/Expired Basics
Learn how to add to your inventory by going after and landing for sale by owners and expired listings. This class will teach you how to approach these potential clients and turn them into your listings.
- Company CRM Training
This class will teach you how to manage clients in your CRM, how to update notes on clients, and how to manage your business electronically.
- Home Snap
Learn how to use this great new tool to enhance your business. This class will teach you how to use the app with you Smart phone and/or tablet. Please bring your devise to class with you.
Available to provide you with the training you need, when you need it. A variety of classes are available from the basics for beginning agents to specialized trainings to help you grow your business. This is to assist and enhance your understanding and techniques to be more proficient.
Additional and on-going classes are available to agents who have received the initial company training.
