  • Quick Start I
  • This class is designed to provided you will an orientation and teach you how to complete the paperwork needed for all real estate transactions. From company specific forms to contracts, you will learn how to prepare, present and explain these to clients.You will also receive orientation to get you started using the technology tools provided to you by the company.

  • Quick Start II
  • This class is designed to focus on the basic beginnings needed for your real estate business. From company partners, time management and prospecting to give you the beginning tools needed to launch your business. You will also learn dialogue to use with client from initial contact through the entire real estate transaction.

    **These classes are STRONGLY encouraged to help enhance your knowledge and help take your business to the next level. These classes need to be taken after Quick Start I and Quick Start II. ***

  • Buyer Beginner Level 2
  • This class will give you step by step details in the process of working with buyers in the purchase of their home. The class will cover buyer dialogue, inspections, and the steps to closing your deals. A refresher on forms and a buyer's presentation will be provided.

  • Listings Beginner Level 2
  • This class will give you the dialogue to use when speaking with potential sellers, how to give a listing presentation and provide you with one that you can customize. You will learn what to take with you on a listing appointment and how to land more listings.

  • Dot Loop
  • Learn how to use this amazing tool for creating electronic documents. Please bring your device to class; you will be using Dot Loop during the class.

  • Learn the basics of how create a Comparative Market Analysis or a Highest Price Analysis on a property. Please bring your laptop or tablet and a property to use to create a CMA/HPA.

  • Open House
  • Learn how to host an open house, how to talk with guests and what to do to prepare for an open house.

  • FSBO/Expired Basics
  • Learn how to add to your inventory by going after and landing for sale by owners and expired listings. This class will teach you how to approach these potential clients and turn them into your listings.

  • Company Lead Training on CRM
  • Learn how to receive and work company leads. This class will teach you how to manage clients in your CRM, how to update notes on clients, and how to manage your business electronically.

  • MLS Basics
  • Learn how to do basic searches on the MLS system so you can find properties for your buyers and use the system to pull comparables for your properties.

  • Home Snap
  • Learn how to use this great new tool to enhance your business. This class will teach you how to use the app with you Smart phone and/or tablet. Please bring your devise to class with you.

    On-line training available to provide you with the training you need, when you need it. A variety of classes are available from the basics for beginning agents to specialized trainings to help you grow your business. This is to assist and enhance your understanding and techniques to be more proficient.

    Additional and on-going classes are available to agents who have received the initial company training.
