High Commission Splits & NO Desk fees:

• 70/30 for new agents to the business and agents with less than $2 million in sales.
• 72/25 for agents who close six deals in six months with Home Experts.
• 80/20 for agents who sold $2-$4 million in last 12 months.
• 90/10 for agents who sold over $4 million in last 12 months.
• 2% transaction fee applies, this covers E&O, personal training & support, professional showing appointment center, technology.
• High commission splits, minimal costs.

Commission Caps:

• Single Agent $12,000
• Teams - Team Lead $12,000 + $2,000 per Agent on Team
• Annual cap that resets January 1
